The Teledyne LeCroy quantumdata 980 12G-SDI Video Generator / Analyzer module supports video and audio functional testing of next gen broadcast monitors, conversion devices and sources up to 12G-SDI. The module is equipped with four (4)12G-SDI-capable output ports. The output ports can be aggregated for Dual link HD-SDI and Quad link 3G-SDI operation. A genlock input supporting both SD analog black burst and HD tri-level to sync the output clocks with a "house sync" but the module can also run off its internal clock. The module's four (4) SDI input ports can also be aggregated for Dual link HD-SDI and Quad link 3G-SDI operation. For single link operation only port 1 on the input or output is functional.

Manual Oscillators
MOS-01, -01A
The MOS-01 manual oscillator module is used as a quality, general-purpose sinewave oscillator and digital readout monitoring system in the MAC-01, -02, or -03 AC Power Sources/Frequency Converters. The unit has guaranteed operating range of 20 HZ to 20 KHZ which is covered in three one-decade scales. The LCD digital metering system is switch-selectable to readout either frequency, voltage or current. A toggle switch selects the input for the attached AC Power Source/Frequency Converter to originate from the manual oscillator itself or from an external laboratory or programmable oscillator source. With oscillator mode switch in Internal position, the BNC connector delivers the signal to drive additional slave units or for oscilloscope sync or monitoring. BNC input/output is completely isolated with 1500 VAC breakdown and excellent common mode rejection. The oscillator modules must be factory installed and calibrated.

The LT 4610 is 1RU full-rack size sync signal generator that can output triple-rate SDI (3G-SDI/HD-SDI/SD-SDI) signals. It employs two power supply units for redundant operation to protect against power supply failures. The genlock function for external sync signals enables SDI signals, six sets of analog black burst sync signals, and audio word-clock signals to be output synchronously. The LS-44-QBS contains up to 4 Lumistar LS-40-DB25 Bit Synchronizer Daughterboards in a 1U RackMount chassis with status lights on the front panel and all interconnections through the rear. The design contains an internal computer which runsoff DOS or Windows depending on the version selected. The DOS version boots quickly without the delays required for Windows startup. The Windows version offers networking. The unit can be connected directly to the optional 1U slideout keyboard/display, for setup resulting in only 2U of total rack height. For applications that require many bit synchronizers, a 1U keyboard/Display with KVM switch allows 32 bit synchronizers in 9U of rack height. When power is applied, the computer will operate with the last configuration unless the operator wishes to change the setup. For setup, the keyboard/display is pulled out and the display is flipped up to monitor the process. When the bit synchronizer setup is completed, the keyboard/display canbe closed up since the status can be monitored on the front panel without an external display.
