ODI's P1.7-30 penetrators meet the same electrical performance characteristics as Nautilus connectors and are used where the need to mate and demate is not necessary, generally at the second end of a pressure-balanced oil-filled (PBOF) assembly with a Nautilus connector at the opposite end. The Penetrator is typically attached directly to a vessel, which can be either pressure balanced or at 1 ATM.

The Subsea Tensile Link is specially designed for working in subsea conditions and is used for measuring tensile loads. With an optional integral 4-20mA amplifier the load cell is packaged in a wooden case with a subsea rated signal cable to customer specific lengths or alternatively can be supplied with a TW-3.0-S display. Electrical Penetrator with High Pressure Barrier, Rated at 10 kV and 250 A
P10-250 Electrical Penetrator
For higher subsea power requirements, the P10-250 from Teledyne ODI is designed to provide reliable barrier protection at extreme pressures and temperatures. The penetrator extends through a wall or bulkhead and connects to medium voltage cables to supply an external power source. In electric submersible pumping (ESP) applications, the penetrator transfers power to the motor while maintaining a pressure barrier between the motor and the seawater.

Next Generation Subsea Attitude and Heading Reference Systems
TOGS
The new TOGS subsea navigation system is built on core TSS fibre optic gyro (FOG) navigation technology with significant improvements in efficiency and functionality. It is available in three standard heading accuracy variants: 0.1° (TOGS1), 0.3° (TOGS3) and 0.5° (TOGS5), all rated for operational depths to 4,000m or 6,000m. Attitude data is delivered via accurate roll/pitch measurement capabilities of 0.01° (TOGS1) and 0.05° (TOGS3 and TOGS5), and a heave performance of 5cm or 5%.

Ethernet Flying Lead
Qualified 100m Subsea Ethernet jumpers designed for data transmission and real-time situational awareness and monitoring. The typical Ethernet harness system consists of wet-mateable, Nautilus connectors, Nautilus penetrators, and pressure balanced, oil-filled (PBOF) hose conduits. Internally, the Ethernet signals are transmitted over custom Ethernet cabling sealed to seawater ingress by two independent barriers. Seven and 12-way configurations are available. Bonnet EFS for Horizontal Wellhead Completions
This Electrical Feedthrough System design provides a high-reliability circuit for transmitting electrical signals from downhole gauges through the wellhead and Subsea Tree to the Subsea Control Module (SCM) for topside monitoring. The system incorporates Teledyne DGO's high integrity glass-seal technology in three critical pressure barriers for maximum long-term reliability. The feedthrough system creates a permanent connection to the Subsea Control Module when the tree is installed onto the wellhead. In addition, a permanent rig-based DHG cable termination is completed to connect the control line to the feedthrough system. The DHG connector is available with a variety of sealing packages, including fully testable, dual metal-to-metal sealing of all downhole tubing hanger interfaces.
