Generator w/Label Changer

This is our ARINC 568 / 561 Generator designed to provide the Instrument/Avionics shop a six-wire digital source for HSI or INS indicator testing. This unit also has a label changer that allows a full complement of INS labels (BCD) to be generated. Allows complete testing of the 331A-9G or HSI-85 instruments. An Auto Count Mode is also provided with tenth mile increments for more dynamic testing of indicators.

Customer Acceptance Test Panel

DGS-65 Customer Acceptance Panel for both testing and trouble- shooting. We have added an option to the panel that allows you to select an analog slaving meter or the LED monitor lights as shown in the maintenance manual Fig. 5-14. The addition of the meter provides the technician with a more visible means to monitor the slaving "trend". The 50 pin DG connector is broken out on the panel to assist in monitoring or isolating unit signals.

Also contained on board is our standard meter drive circuitry for testing instrument meters, a two-pole relay and an option for a sine/cosine oscillator circuit.

Collins Radar Fixture with Gyro Simulator
TA-3A/B
This weather radar test fixture is a combination of the established WXT-250 series fixture and the RDR-2000 and RDR-2100 radars so that a single panel will provide many features that are still required today. The gyro simulator built into the panel is usable for either radar being tested and eliminate's plugging in any external simulator. The features for both product lines as shown in their respecting CMM's are provided on the panel so that full testing and alignment of these radars and their system components can be tested and/or evaluated. RMI Test Panel

This is an RMI tester built to duplicate the original model 970E-1 unit. The panel is laid out just like the 970E-1 with an additional interface for our TA-568 to allow distance testing on the BDI-36 RMI. This panel incorporates both SIN/COS and 3 wire synchro outputs. With the use of our TA-900 API the bootstrap and other synchros can be aligned.

Test Fixture with API
TA-14VG
The TA-14VG test fixture is based on the requirements for the Integrated Test Procedure for the VG-14A assembly as shown in the OEM maintenance manual. The panel also contains a test point breakout for the units main connector as well as one for the VG-401 base. The VG-401 breakouts provide an in series connection that will allow easy access to the gyro's signals and also provides a way to monitor rotor current. The panel also contains a variac to allow for line voltage adjustment.

5 or 6 Digit API with D/A & RS232
TA-901
This is our second generation API incorporating all the features of the TA-900 but with some additional features. Along with a 5 or 6 digit resolution this API has a D/A output that represents an increasing or decreasing angle and an RS232 port to dump tracking data.
